Nkoma Helping Hearts Uganda is a Muslim charity organization based in Mbale, Uganda. We’re committed to making a real difference in the lives of people around us through acts of kindness, service, and faith. Our belief is simple but powerful: Every Good Act Counts.
Whether it’s helping a child stay in school, ensuring a family has food during Ramadan, or providing clean water to a village, we focus on practical, meaningful support that changes lives. Our work is shaped by Islamic values and driven by the needs of our community.
With the support of local volunteers and well-wishers, we’re building a future where compassion and generosity can be felt in everyday life .

Brief History
Nkoma Helping Hearts Uganda was founded in Mbale, Uganda, by a group of compassionate Muslims committed to uplifting vulnerable communities through acts of service and faith. What began as small, local efforts to support orphans, widows, and low-income families has grown into a grassroots charity known for hands-on outreach, Islamic education, and sustainable aid. The organization continues to thrive on the belief that “Every Good Act Counts.”
